Imagine Radio seems very similiar to NetRadio. It seems like CDNOW is tied into Imagine Radio. I don't know why nobody has tried talking to Navarre about their radio site? I am assuming that NAVR believes that it can command the new share offering because of the current IPO conditions. I just hope that they aren't taking their time because I believe that this deal needs to be done soon before the summer. The summer generally doesn't bode well for tech stocks! Edward 3.8 million shares at $13.00, raising 49 million dollars. What percentage does NAVR own now of NETR?
