RE: GE Capital 144 Someone on the Yahoo board, for what it's worth, stated that it's a requirement of the conversion so they didn't really have any choice. I don't recall seeing that anywhere though. I'm not worried and I'm sitting tight. There is too much good going on with this company for me to worry. K
