MSFT is formally PRESUMED by the courts to be innocent until proven otherwise. IMO if MSFT is somehow - by a shier miracle - proven to be innocent by the courts, it will only be so because of politics and not because MSFT proved their innocence. Since you are splitting hairs with Lin, Toy, let me split one with you. MSFT does not have to prove their innocence. DoJ must prove MSFT's guilt.
