Standard lock up period is one year, as far as I know. As you are well aware...

this higher volume corresponded to a higher price, not a lower one, as would have occurred if shares had been dumped on the market with insufficient buying interest.

One can only speculate that the increased volume was partly caused by a spate of short covering and renewed buying interest, as the stock started to move upward from its previous trading range.

Today's close and volume were consistent with the general weakness in the market and the fact that new buyers are probably waiting for the imminent release of the financials before committing themselves.

With the AOL question, it was confirmed that they used ZSUN's own premises for their pilot project, as a favor to them and that no money changed hands.

As for the Swiftrade programming, ZSUN used existing Amtek software for the USA, but developed its own "Plug & Play" software for use in the UK and Hong Kong markets, where none was available.
