TNT2 ships at lower clock speed... anyone supprised?

I say... GOOD... let Nvidia have another failed execution. From the sounds of Pat's article our boys over at 3dfx are rockin and rollin.

Ultra TNT2 is NOT going to ship with DFP support and is STILL going to have a $249.95 MSRP. Smells like cost cutting for me. Given the option of V3 3500 & Ultra TNT2 at same price, 3500 with DFP support and faster speeds, I would go 3500. but honestly, I think that the best buy is to get a 3000 and save the $$$ for the next gen holiday product.... shoot... I may buy a ATI all-in-wonder pro just to have multimonitor support with TV out (3000 & ati)

I would really like to see sharky eat some of the stuff he spouts...
