Staruni Corp. Rescinds Letter of Intent, Retains Hudson Consulting Group

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 4, 1999--Staruni Corp. (OTC
BB:SRUN) announced that after completing due diligence, it had rescinded its letter of intent to acquire IBA Computers and its auction site Ubid4it.

The company also stated that it would not change its name to
Ubid4it.com.

Staruni also announced that it has retained Hudson Consulting Group to
arrange financing and to find potential merger and acquisition
candidates.

These actions were taken at a special shareholder meeting held on May 3, 1999. The meeting was adjourned for further business until June 15,
1999, at 9:30 a.m. at the company's office in Beverly Hills.

Staruni is a Los Angeles-based Internet service provider and Web
marketer with 56k connectivity throughout Southern California.
