You must of read my mind , Just 10 minutes ago I read a release from EGS that he put out this morning. He recommends that we hold our shares once the trading resumes. He thinks that the new company is going to do real well and the shares will trade much higher once the deal is done. There is a shareholder meeting on May 22nd to get share holder approval. Deal looks good so it will be approved. Also said that if trading resumes before the deal is done, shares should start out trading around .28. No one know for sure when trading will start.
