I don't believe so. The minute your RRSP foreign content percentage is in non-compliance you should get a notice from your broker within a few days. I don't know if you have some time period to rectify it, but it is certainly less than thirty days. After that, you are charged 1% per month for any amount over the foreign content guidelines
