Jerry, that post was informational. How it is interpreted depends on
your viewpoint (i.e. BULL or BEAR).

Korean taxing system is complex. The prices may be squeezing blood
out of turnip. This adds another twist to the ongoing saga of DRAM
prices. How long will the Koreans supply at a loss ? What will
happen if they suddenly decide to hold 15 days inventory ? Switching
to 16M is not an option (since there is no premium 16M price is
simply 4 times 4M). Also, neither the market nor manufacturers are
ready for replacement.

Or will the Koreans continue to supply at a loss ? In such an event
will US file dumping charges ? Is dumping already happening ?

As the next month unfolds the DRAM story will turn out to be a roller
coaster ride !
