K, I didn't see this post before I made my previous post. Just for the record, I never got involved in the debate about whether ABFG is a scam. As you and I have discussed there are a number of issues that were raised along this line that caused me concern but that is not where I put my focus. My concern is entirely related to their business plan and my opinion about their ability to fufill it. If there is indeed an acquisition I will be interested in analyzing the terms and seeing if it makes any sense. But I am not going to make any promises regarding buying ABFG. I would only do that if they show progress towards executing their business plan in a rational manner. Henry
