Not a problem, NY_Know , though I doubt bhsl can handle the following:
1. Who said that we did the PP in one thronch? There are many ways to do deals that do not rape the shareholders like bhsl got raped at ABMI, which I assume is the origin of bhsl pain.
2. Can we change our mind when circumstances change? Tell bhsl that what you received was last years' audit. We have just completed our '98 l0K ( which BTW was not required until Oct or Nov.), so we decided to hold off with the press release on the financing and include the whole ball of wax in the 10K which will be filed as soon as all of the audit letters are in. Look for it to appear on the Edgar within the next month.
