Does this mean that the incentive of options at this price provides motivation for management to increase share price or is it "just" a well deserved reward to their team after a bit(pun intended)of a run up? Or both? Did the probability of TSE/NAS listing just increase or am I just blowing smoke? Or both? I've got a few shares, and I think I'll get some more please. Trade long and profit Harry
