Thank you for stating the obvious.

This has nothing to do with skepticism. This has to do with the fact that I have been here, done that. Go over to Zulu and check it out if you don't believe me.

One of the biggest warning signs you should always look for are companies that don't know what direction they want to take.

For people that are looking at these stocks, it's good to have the occasional dose of business reality.
