Home construction and sales peaked in 1998, along with that barometer of home affordability , the 30yr Treasury. As that benchmark passes resistance at 5.8%, many equities will contract in price, but none more vigorously than those tied to it ,and what it represents . Home Depot will be among that select group. It will only surprise those who are oblivious, or in denial, or those who willfully ignore what they have known to be so in the past. The best to you, Terrence
