By "money", I don't mean just cash lying around. Who do you think right now is buying all those cyclicals? Yep, it's institutional money rotating out of the big cap high p/e former leaders. Of course if this coincides with a big infusion of cash from 401K or quarterly events, all the easier. When MSFT is on bargain sale, money will be found - pronto!
