AGREED JOE - Drugs, quality techs, basically beaten-down growth stocks are now in for a run. Major broker I just heard on CNBC said they were selling cyclicals, oil and transports and beginning to buy quality techs. Sounds logical to me. NAZ has been overly beaten up on almost no interest from buyers for a week now. That's gotta change. They will remain the leaders. Now the dogs have just caught up. Like ISP's, major drugs, ATT, story stock nets, BKS IPO play, etc.
