I was also surprised by the news of the planned sale. Apparently, GE Capital owns approximately 4.8 million shares of MSGI common stock at this time (after the conversion from preferred). At first glance, I didn't see anything explicit in the SEC filing on the original GE purchase so I will e-mail MSGI's investor relations to see if they can shed any light on it. I'll post here what I find out, if anything. Jeanne
