Steve, A small company like DCI doesn't have a lot of resources to draw on and therefore has be extra cautious about not expanding too fast and creating regular expenses (as I understand the switches are being leased and it is expected that the income stream from the switches is expected to handle the costs) beyond what the company can easily bear if things don't go exactly as planned. By doing one switch now, DCI can sort of "test" the waters and by doing so make better decisions with regards to the timing of the additional switches so realistically how can dates be used anyway? I have been invested in this company for about 3 years now and IMO the expansion of DCI into the LD arena is by far the best shot we have ever had of adding significant value to our stock. The SEC mess and the lawsuit are an aggravation and could temporarily hurt our stock price but if the switches go in as hoped I really think that is more important to us long term but we will just have to see. I don't care whether the first switch goes in today or a month from now...just so long as it goes in. (GGG)

Take care,

James
