Agreed. Early on it was reported that HGRM was struck by the number of people that didn't believe the press release about the Russian deal. If that is a correct interpretation HGRM is not in tune with the nature of BB stocks in general and the fact that a lot of manipulation and fraud occurs, and that it is a very valid concern for investors. I'm sure several here have been burned before by blatant lies. I have.

I am not comfortable holding HGRM simply because there are few facts to hold on to. However, the facts we have are quite impressive. The frustration here is a natural reaction. Their near silence on issues of most importance is maddening! Yes, it weakens their credibility. But, I have to keep reminding myself that this is a critical time in HGRM's history and if they are about to become 'big time', it just doesn't make sense to release partial audited numbers or a lot of facts about the Russia deal until the risk to HGRM is little. Keep in mind what happened to ABH. And if you are a 'watch you back' kind of company--and they are-- this means completed, signed off audits, and money in hand.

I sometimes feel like bashing HGRM--that any stockholder deserves better than this. Am I making excuses for them in the above paragraph? Are they valid excuses? HGRM has addressed the audit and payment issue, thus showng they are aware of our concerns. It's just that the audit completion date came and went and the payment issue is still mysterious. So, it feels like they have just put us off, but that is just a feeling. Do they owe us more? Is it fair of us to ask for more? Do we believe them? Should we? When do they owe us complete answers?

IMO the primary reason they should withhold information they have in hand is if it protects them from the competition. It's a catch 22. We don't know what information they have in hand so we can't judge whether their reason for withholding it is valid.

All we know is that is sucks for now. Long and waiting. Ted
