Dennis, I've said it before and I'll say it again. make sure you have the latest Virutal Machine for your browser. Get ping plotter or use tracert to check your Path to quote.com servers. Chris did indicate that they are sometimes overloaded but you seem to be unwilling to perform basic diagnostic steps that can make your life easier. Sean
