A couple of adjustments . . . The $50 per year per user is probably overstated, since succeeding years won't have an extra installation cost. On the other hand, there will be some extra software integration cost to increase the numbers . . . and some of the support function will extend beyond password issues. But the main point holds. It will save Verisign money and also work for IDX.
