James,
As I understand it, the switch in Spain will be running at capacity 3 months after installation. I would rather have that installed in one month than in three months.
If DCI wants to have exponential growth in revenues they are going to have to install a lot more than 3 switches this year. Testing the waters should have been done by running the minutes through other companies switches.
Patience in waiting for an undervalued stock to be recognized is fine. Being slow to execute your business plan is not.
