Ricardo, Taco Cabana is headquartered here in San Antonio. They have about 30 restaurants around town. The food is excellent. It's fresh and well prepared. Taco Cabana is a colorful and popular place to eat. There was an article in the San Antonio Express News a year or two ago [I can't recall just when] that outlined some organizational changes the company was going to make. I don't recall the details now, but I do remember thinking after reading the article that I thought they ought to do well once the changes were in place. Perhaps the stock price is beginning to reflect that now. I think Taco Cabana is a company well worth keeping an eye on. They have outstanding food products at reasonable prices. In addition, I think demographic changes, at least in this part of the country, favor their continued success. FWIW. Ice
