One thing that puzzles me a bit is that there seems to be a kind of invisible wall between ARET and FAMC - Like the fusion isn't really finished. This may also better explain the delay in filing. Imagine Delmar and Dustan having a plan B ready if ARET(old part of biz) cannot do the last hurdle. That is something to think about. I do believe though that the lawyer Rhyne is being paid due to success in whatever he was called in for (hopefully the KS-bank problem). A guy at RB had a conversation with Dustan today, and the remaining 60MM shares to the attorney haven't been issued yet. Above thoughts taken into consideration IMO we will not see the 10K until the lawyers biz is finished. Causion point here is that it is ARET that trade at OTC:BB, not FAMC! Kr Jens
