To all thread participants...

I live in Oklahoma and know a number of people whose homes and lives were devastated by last night's numerous tornados.

If any of you would like to help the victims, one of our local television stations is collecting money for the Red Cross which will go to the thousands of victims of this tragedy.

If you would like to make a donation which will help those who lost some or all of their possessions, and those who lost loved ones, please call the Tulsa television station KTUL Channel 8 toll free at 1-800-615-5885.

If the lines are busy, please keep trying. These people desperately need financial help (via the Red Cross) for the most basic necessities like food, water and clothing.

Again, the number is 1-800-615-KTUL (1-800-615-5885).

Thank you for your prayers and financial assistance.
