I agree with you Mr. Mcwilliams. I live in Eden Prairie where Best Buys Headquarters are located. This is the talk of the town. Look at all the options Best Buy had to fix what was never a problem in the first place. Instead they wanted to go to war with this consumer. That is why there return system is so terrible. You don't think they have ever sent one of there employees to comparative shop a Wal-Mart for instance. How else would they know whether or not they have the lowest prices. That store manager should have been fired on the spot and an apology given to Mr. Kahlow immediately. People are stopping to shop at Best Buy. Management is out of touch with the consumer. Evidently they prefer to counsel with their attorneys.
