MST, I got the $.03 from a post on the thread. Where did you get the $.015 (which by the way, is the same as the quoted $.03 since ATG will be handling both sides of the transaction). As far as I understand from the 10QSB pricing was not determined yet and was awaiting evaluation (the language was more "cloudy" as a caveat and statement of risks, directed at informing the readers that at the point of writing the company did not know yet whether its pricing will be acceptable in the market. I could not find in the QSB any reference to a target pricing, so I assume your source is not from there. Could you share it with us?
