That's almost exactly when I jumped into NQCI, .33, that mms went to .41 right after filling my order. Then he came back one more time, flashing an offer at .35, during which I hit him with another order. He wouldn't fill my second order, running off to the hills and gave my BEST acct exec some BS like "OCT BB quotes not firm, sorry, bye"
