Pete, We totally agree with your assessment of the rollback. We are already working on putting together the 1.5 million shares required to defeat this ridiculous proposal. Several shareholders and brokers have been targeted to join this effort. We believe that our chances for success are excellent. It is certainly interesting that David Robinson and Larry Youell are taking this approach. It is our opinion that they do not have the stockholders interest at heart. Stay tuned for more updates!
