If you don't accept the answer, why do you ask the question in the first place?...

Let me guess: it just doesn't suit your theory that ZSUN has committed some wrong doing. Well, too bad.

I was just reviewing where the Law stands with regards to publication on the Internet: it is now deemed by the Courts that anything written in a Public Forum affects all countries and libelous action can therefore be brought under the Laws of any country in the World.

You should be aware that British Law is pretty tough on defamation, as the defendant has to prove that every statement he made is true. In American Law, on the other hand, the injured party has the Burden of Proof. It is estimated that a lot of future Court cases, related to the Internet will potentially be tried under English Law or other Laws more favorable to plaintiffs.

I just thought this information could potentially be of interest to you in reviewing material for future posts. For previous posts, well I guess it's a bit late.
