SarkieBug: Insiders may sell because the decline represents a loss of profit not savings. Therefore, insiders could sell shares, secure a profit, and re-purchase shares at a lower price.

If they miss buying back at lower levels, what's a few dollars more per share when they've cashed in a truckload.

The fact that most insiders are not selling shares is a bullish signal.
