Looks like IDT has expanded into the Chinese market now. This is surprising since the Chines government did not allow internet telephony not too long ago. If IDT does it right, there should be a huge market in China since the international calling rates are extremely high there due to government monopoly. One thing I don't know is the quality of telephone calls through the internet. If people have to invest a lot of money to set it up, it could also be a problem.
