VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Sinaloa Gold Corp. (OTC Bulletin
Board: SLOG - news) today announced that further to the news release dated April 23, 1999, the
company is pleased to announce that it has received confirmation of acceptance of the name change
and new trading symbol. The new name of the company is Online Innovation, Inc. and the trading
symbol will be ONIN. These changes will be effective at the open of business on Wednesday, May
5, 1999. Changes to the name and corresponding trading symbol were implemented in order to
clearly define the company's new and exciting business focus.

Furthermore, the company would also like to inform shareholders that Standard & Poors has issued
a new cusip no. to the company and that new share certificates have been printed with all the
corresponding changes. The new Cusip No. is: 68272Y103. For those shareholders who wish to
have the new ''Online Innovation, Inc.'' share certificates, please inform your investment advisor to
