Approximately one month ago, I spoke to representatives of HVAR and they expected that at the then current rate of expenses and revenues, HVAR would post a small loss for year end. This would mean that the last quarter would be a profit to offset the losses from prior quarters. I did not do the math to calculate the total revenue, but this March quarter had to be very solid.

Also, with the new revenue streams coming on line in the next quarter, we should see an increase in revenues and income each new quarter in fiscal year 2000 as compared to year 1999.
