Don't know where the takeover rumor came from. I find such an explanation for the recent runnup to be baseless. What does IMPX have to offer? A more likely reason is some insider buying predicated on positive info NOT YET public. So searching the newswires is a waste of time. Remember the old adage "buy rumor, sell on news." Well, people are buying on whatever rumors are floating about in the halls of IMP's offices. When the news is released, the stock will fall back some. An issue that has been in my mind sometime is IMP's contractural relationship with JMAR. JMAR is small hi-tech that IMP supplies. If any of you follow, the Company appears poised for growth, but with the commensurate risks of a small cap.
