Excuse me girls,

I realize that I may be "pulling on a dogs ear" here but that will just have to be one of those deals.

Jane, yes, you did apologize. But following the apology, am I correct that you continue to post penny's? Seems to me that one of them was all of 8 cents. Now....... I know that these can be profitable and so does Tim... BUT !!!!!!!!!!!! the vast majority are scams plain and simple. New folks to trading can get killed in those deals when they don't know what they are doing. And saying "do your own DD" doesn't help to much with some of these pennys because it is near impossible to find correct and accurate information. Many come up with websites that are scams in and of themselves.

Ok, that said, I would assume that since Tims thread is one of the most bookmarked threads, you realize that there are many people here who would jump into pennys just because they are mentioned on this respectable thread. So they are dumb. Ok. But people do get dumb things and get hurt. Some badly. Tim, IMHO, has correctly tried to protect those type of folks.

So, in final conclusion, I believe that if you want to kiss and make up with Timbob, you should apologize again.

Now, a lesson in how to correctly apologize.

First, simply saying "I am sorry" is not an apology. In order to correctly apologize you should:

1. Correctly identify the offense
2. Express sincere sorrow for the offense
3. and then ask, "will you please forgive me?" With that, the apology is complete and the ball is then in the offendees court to forgive.

Jane, you have had some great picks and I would say you add a bunch of fun but I personally see no reason for you to continue with the pennys on this thread. You know as well as I do that if you want to talk pennys Joe Copia's thread is the place to be. He is very good at it.

Sincerely,

N.
