Yeah, I couldn't quite put my finger on it at first but the tone and the timing and the fact that they seemed to 'protest to much' about HRCT, and the recent post here about the 'Harcourt Plan' (my title) actually compelled me to get back in. It's iffy but the price seemed right. One hears all kinds of things--there's a post on Raging Bull (today I think) saying that Phan has delayed the trip to mid May and that they have another deal with a U.S. firm that is attracting their interest--perhaps more than the China deal. I don't know what the truth is on this. I suspect few do. We shall see. Sorry, I don't have the link you are looking for. Good luck, Ted
