The jerk who sold at .375 probably knows nothing about trading strategies. He placed a market order and so they sold it for him. What the trader did was pick it up himslf at,375 and turn around and sell it at .875 That could never happen with a limit order. This same jerk has been selling the stock 100 shares at a time.
