I just talked with an old poster here named P_Dalton. It's been about a year since he last posted. Before I get into what we discussed, I thought I would update everyone on this board as to his postings.
They can be found at 545, 549, 551, 563, 570, 601, 609, 611, and 614.
Seems he warned people about some of our beloved directors, chiefly David Robinson, who has had somewhat of a sorted past judging from some of the companies he held a director position at. (check 551)
He agrees with a couple of the last posts you two have made and that is "NO ROLLBACK" and secondly, it's time to "FIRE" some/most of the present directors. He has lead me to believe that a movement is in the works to begin the disposition of Robinson, Youell, Ferron, and Harrison. Ed is no longer with the company. (probably forced out by Robinson) Craig Doctor left with disgust after many years and went elsewhere but working in the same field.
The interesting thing is that Youell is the uncle of David Robinson. P_Dalton also believes that Saracen is David Robinson. He believes that Robinson is trying to take over the company and will stop at nothing to drive the price down to accomplish his goals.
His thoughts are to "take back the company from the incompetents" by kicking them off the board, then having a reputable company take over Tracer to minimize the dilution that has been occuring. The rollback will have exactly the same effect as it did last time. That is it will quickly go down under $1.00 again. That means cheaper stock by Robinson and his favorites.
I totally agree with P_Dalton at this point and say enough is enough!
Cracker, their are many of us take own a considerable amount of shares which we can and will make our voices heard at this upcoming meeting. I give Saracen...err I mean Robinson notice that his time is limited and he and his kind is no longer wanted or will be tolerated on the board at Tracer. We have the power and the purpose to do what the other companies couldn't or wouldn't do. Many of us will be talking (on the phone and not publicly) over the next several days/weeks so as to give you a bit of a surprise at your upcoming meeting.
I MHO, It's time for the shareholders to take back their company and put it into the hands of a competent team which we will also be discussing who that may be.
