I too have been silently reading the thread for a while now
and I must say I've been anxiously waiting for the right
moment (few weeks ago at $33 US) to get out without losing
money.

The reason is got out is Lutz. I worked for Nortel in the early
90s when Lutz was Paul Stern's right-hand man and although I was only
a peon at the time and a relative novice at the stock market it was fairly obvious that the 'dynamic duo' was driving the company to the ground.

When it was all over, the boys got booted and Jean Monty had to come in, take a $1B write down and restore customer relationships with key US RBOCs. All because of work Stern (and Lutz) had done for a mere 2 years, managing the stock price to fill their pockets by pulling in revenue from upcoming quarters until there was nothing else to pull in.

This guy Lutz is bad news. Get out while you still can.

Bonne chance !
