The PHLX study DOES NOT COUNT, PHLX is a dead exchange: "And the PHLX study you call BS (without reading it I presume)-<<wrong I've obviously read parts of it>> actually tracked the executions of seven large instutions,comparing historical trading data to historically established VWAP prices in the same trades to arrive at the 8-12 basis point difference"

And for 8-12 basis points, which I get for 1 cent, lets call basis points cents for example's sake, and charging 3 cents does not add up.
