Might be so. I chased the limit all the way to the top, finally buying none though I tried to get more. Given the difficulty of catching FLC, I settled on more PDE yesterday, PDE being a bit more down and thus an attractive buy-in. Frankly, I'd have liked more FLC. Yet, still, I've got enough to be happy. Quite a race between FLC, UTI and MRL, huh?
