No one is really sure that they are selling cyrix (the media/znet can be wrong), and if they are right, i don't think amd will buy cyrix. AMD has to be seriously in debt and i understand they are bringing a new fab online in germany. They just sold a division as well to raise capital. Besides their plate is way over full. Just my opinion. ted
