I just want to let you all know that I pasted the link to this thread on an email I sent to RBC the first day I started it. I hope they have read it. they have not responded to me email - it was about almost 2 weeks ago. poor service again. oh well. Started my new account wih HSBC (hong kong bank)yesterday. waited less than 3 mins on the phone. one time I called I was picke up in a minute. GLAD I MADE THE SWITCH> don't u all go on over there tho..or I'll be back to 20 mins...lol
