BB that is good info because you tied it to some specific action; ie;
news os a JV with a Comm Major. I have heard the same in Private messages but until it is officially released it is only rumor...maybe that is the why of all the buying lately. What galls me is there are those on this thread that only wish everyone would listen on faith alone. Well that is certainly not enough. As I said previously today
NPEC management will have to follow through on their commitment to provide a steady stream of news in order to stave off the malignant MM's who keep holding this thing down and provide the momentum to get through the float and cause the MM's to buy on the long side.
As for now $1.00 is a pipe dream until the above and even more happens. $1.00 is a definite possibility after NPEC becomes a reporting company and their financials prove a justifiable P/E ratio.
When the profitability shows then the price of the stock will follow a P/E Ratio. Communications industry is around 20 time earnings for the majors.
With a P/E of 10 the company would need .10 per share earnings or $10mm with 100 mm shares outstanding to justify a $1.00 share price.
The math is easy the promotions and audited financials are not...yet!
It is my understanding the NPEC plans to be a reporting company this summer...I've heard all this before.... we shall see. JW
