(DAYTRADER): Given the number of bottom-wrung Internet deals that have flowed from the IPO pipeline of late, it comes as no surprise that many of these offerings have struggled. Sure, strong demand has catapulted the majority these offerings from their initial public offering price. But in the weeks following the IPO, traders have lost interest. Moreover, very likely that institutional investors have been flipping these issues at a torrid pace. But as Briefing.com has noted numerous times, where there is suffering, there is opportunity. While trading in Internet sector has recently been choppy at best, there is little question that sharp upward move in group will occur within next two months, just as it has occurred after each downturn over the past two years. When the reversal of momentum takes place, many of the beaten-down recent IPOs will be the biggest beneficiaries. The first stocks to run will be the issues that are receiving strong support from analyst community. The next will be the names that are picked up in sympathy with group leaders that have begun to rally. After that, anything left trading down substantially from highs, particularly those that have fallen into the single-digits.
