- TSE Bulletin 99-0538, Global Thermoelectric, Sale From Control

Foundation Equity Corporation has filed a Notice of Intention to

Distribute which advises The Exchange of the sell of 1,230,000 common

shares of Global Thermoelectric Inc. accrued on April 16, 1999 and April

18, 1999 through the facilities of The Exchange on or after March 22, 1999.

Foundation Equity Corporation, until April 16, 1999 was the owned of

approximately 37% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Global

Thermoelectric Inc.

All the above sales will be made in accordance with the orderly

marketing requirements of The Exchange as set out in Part III of Division G

of the Members' Manual.
