I've noticed that First Call only lists 1 broker with an estimate of .06 (downgraded from .07 in the last few weeks) compared to .11 from 3 brokers with Zacksl.

When results actually come through, who's estimates are likely to be used as the baseline. ie. if .10 is the quartly result, will this be considered significantly above estimates (.06 for 1st call) or slightly below (.11 for Zacks)? Or will first call include the extra 2 estimates in their figures before results come out?

Also can anyone tell me when then 10-K is due to be released.
