Dear Johnny:

ProNetLink is in the final stages of preparing the information required for the Form 10. This should be completed within the next few weeks. The Company will then file with the SEC and will have to wait for the review process.

In order to move PNL to a different trading platform we must be a fully reporting company. Once that is completed we will continue to work on filling the balance of the requirements.

ProNetLink is working on producing an event at the UN scheduled for
September. This is just part of the overall marketing program and events like this are being produced in many parts of the world. More information on this will be coming in the near future as details are finalized.

ProNetLink's revenue stream come from 4 areas. Membership,advertising,
alliance commissions and Netcasting. Membership is only one part of making PNL profitable, the important thing is to have businesses coming to the site. The more that come the more the other streams generate revenues. The design of the company is to maximize revenues from members and non-members. After the 60 day trial certain areas of the site will remain open to the public in order to keep visitor numbers high. This in turn allows us to charge more for advertising and so on.
