No, there's something way more to today's activity than the Edgar filings

I am hoping you are correct. But it could be just the filings. First, how many 3 cent stocks are fully reporting with audited financials. Second, there is not a significant need for financing in the near term. Third, the company has positive book value (if I remember $3.2M / 54M shares = 6 cents.) Fourth, the technology is real with multiple applications. The text discussed a Department of Defense build out which validates the technology.

So while I am sure we all hope there is real revenue behind this price movement, it could just be the financials, and the company has justifiably established a new trading range.
